How do I order?
Ordering online is as simple as selecting what you need and adding it to the cart then proceeding to check out.
Is everything on the website in stock now?
We try and keep our website as up to date as possible so each product on the website should be showing the current stock level available for each colour and size.
How long does it take to process an order?
If you're in the North Island of New Zealand we will try and get your order shipped within one business day. After it leaves us it should take 1 to 2 days to get to you (providing there are no issues with the courier). If you're based in the South Island you're order should take 2-3 business days once it has left us. For International orders allow for 10-14 days after it has left our warehouse.
I have a Promo code, how do I use it?
If you have a promotional code simply copy it and paste it into the "Discount" field when on the checkout page. For mobile devices click "show order summary" at the checkout page and enter your promo code into the discount field. This will automatically generate the applicable discount.
Do you have retail stores?
We are a new company and our ultimate goal is to have both an online store and Bricks & Mortar stores in the future. For now we just have our online store and are currently looking for suitable stockists for the JACK DUSTY  Brand.
