SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery Locations

 We ship nationwide in New Zealand via our courier service, and internationally via our chosen International freight company. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.

Delivery Cost

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.

Please Note: If we have proof of delivery from the couriers and you are unable to find your items we are unable to replace your order. 

Delivery Times

Most in stock orders for standard delivery placed before 1:00 pm will be shipped within 1-2 days. Once it's left our warehouse it should take a further 1-2 days for delivery in the North Island and 3-4 days in the South Island. For rural deliveries add an extra 1-2 days.

For international orders, you should allow for 10-14 days once processed. As is the same with some of the accessories that are housed off-shore.

You will be notified of shipping via a shipping confirmation email.

Import Taxes

Your package may be subject to local customs, duty or brokerage charges. The purchaser, not Jack Dusty Clothing, is responsible for these charges as they are determined by your local customs office.
Jack Dusty Clothing cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. If there are any extra charges to pay the courier service will contact you and require payment before they can deliver your order. Refusal of delivery will result in a reduction of the original and return shipping charges from any refund.

RETURNS INFORMATION

At Jack Dusty we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an Exchange or Credit. We do not refund bulk orders so we advise purchasing a sample before ordering in bulk to ensure the item is suitable. The sample item CAN be refunded if not suitable.

Unwanted orders may be returned, subject to approval by customer service, but a re-stocking fee of $15 will need to be paid for before-hand, due to our supplier's fees for returning unwanted items. When sending standard returns back please indicate what you are returning and the reason why. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number or packing slip with the goods and let us know if you require an exchange or credit.

All returns must be sent back at the Customer's expense within 14 working days of the invoice date, otherwise, your order will be sent back. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them.

Merchandise that has been branded, washed, worn, stained, soiled, or odorous in any way are non-returnable and will be sent back to the customer. Sale items will not be refunded but you will be given store credit.

All customers returning goods should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Jack Dusty can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
